"My colonoscopy"

I had a colonoscopy at Kyneton Hospital. From the moment I entered, I felt I was greeted in a friendly manner by the receptionist, then the pre-op nurse who explained the procedure clearly and answered any questions I had. I wish I could remember names, but every staff member from the pre-op to the hospital orderly to the theatre staff I found were welcoming, patient and thoroughly professional. Every step along the process I thought was conducted in a very efficient manner. Afterwards, the entire procedure was clearly explained, with 5 accompanying pages of information, dietary suggestions, clinical photos and post-operative instructions. I was made to feel totally at ease and comfortable. Thank you to all staff involved. I can’t speak more highly of your friendly professionalism at Kyneton Hospital.
