"Pt Experience Staff"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

Have an issue with my eye. Came in for expert eye care. 2-3 hr wait but that’s okay. Having the patient experience staff member in the ED waiting room is great. He greets everyone & is keeping an eye on everyone. If someone is outside, he calls them in when they are called to see a nurse/Dr. He is excellent in the way he conducts himself.
