I would like to tell you of my experience being a patient in the Breast Centre at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital in Nedlands.  

I was extremely nervous due to being recalled for further investigations, but am happy to report that my fears were completely allayed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff.  

From my experience, it is clear that the Breast Centre is an extremely well-organised place, with staff working together like clockwork. Their empathy and genuine concern for their patients is truly remarkable. I felt supported and reassured throughout my visit, and I am deeply grateful for the excellent care I received.  

Special thanks to the medical and nursing staff who took the time to explain the biopsy procedure clearly and who constantly checked on me throughout. I was truly overwhelmed by their sympathy, gentleness, and genuine concern, which made a potentially stressful experience so much easier to bear.

I am so pleased to hear that at such a challenging time, you were able to gain the support and nurturing needed from our Breast Centre team. I can certainly appreciate that your journey would have been an overwhelming one and I am grateful that the kindness and concern our staff showed you made it a little bit easier for you to bear.

It is always heart-warming to read such positive feedback, and it gives me great pleasure to be able to share it with our Breast Centre staff.

As an organisation, we are immensely proud of our staff in the Breast Centre. They are outstanding and make a real positive difference for their patients and your kind words are a testimony to their commitment to providing patients with the best possible care and treatment.
