"A patient who was irrational , who swore"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

During my visit I was placed in. Room 10. Across the room was another patient about who complained about wanting to smoke continually Swore and cussed yelled continually at staff and it seemed to me they were totally devoid of any impact they were placing on the other patients in that room.

The staff were very supportive and attempted to calm and satisfy the patient techie requests. I felt that a security person could have been a great help in this matter. I felt this individual played on the fact that no one would tell them to behave. So I consequently they just carried on. The elderly patient in the bed across from them, hid under the covers and was wide eyed during this patient's outbursts. I felt someone, like a Security type person could have told this person to behave and consider those in their room.
