"Birth Story"

About: King Edward Memorial Hospital / Family Birth Centre

(as the patient),

We had the most wonderful experience through the MGP1 program and with our incredible midwives - Olivia, Sarah and Kirsty - as well as during our care with the hospital team after transfer. A special mention to Olivia for the education, guidance and encouragement she provided throughout the nine months leading up to birth. We felt confident and prepared thanks to her depth of knowledge and experience, which she shared so generously during our appointments. Our care was exceptional at every stage. All staff were empathetic, proactive, caring and supportive throughout our entire journey. We can’t thank everyone enough for their incredible care!

Your reflections on the exceptional care you received from Olivia, Sarah and Kirsty are wonderful to read. I’m so pleased that you felt confident, prepared, well informed and supported throughout your journey.

I will be delighted to share your kind words of appreciation with Olivia, Sarah and Kirsty – I’m sure they’ll be very happy to know how much their care meant to you.
