(as a relative),

My wife ‘s right eye have bloodied big floaters across and vision was affected.

Staff did a great physical symptom checks job - checking her completely out. 

Couldn’t really do any more so doctor phoned eye specialists, etc. relaying data and typed letter immediately for us to go to optician/eye specialists.  Very reassuring. 

Great, friendly, competent staff.
