"Waiting room Box Hill Hospital"

About: Box Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

It was fairly quiet on a public holiday at 8.45 am in the waiting room. Staff are great.

Only suggestion is that there ought to be a ticket number system as it is not clear who is next in the queue.

Dear Ticket system,

Thanks for your feedback and I am delighted to hear your feedback about the staff. I will make sure to pass it on to them. Thanks also for your suggestion regarding the ticket number system. Whilst we always treat the most seriously ill patients first, we then aim to treat people in turn, however I appreciate that this may not always be clear to those waiting.

I hope you are fully recovered from what ever brought you to hospital and once again thanks for your feedback.
