I'm writing to let you know that I am very pleased and happy with the Transport Department at Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH). My husband is in his 80's and I am a cancer patient who requires regular treatment. It is too hard for my elderly husband to drive me to my appointments. The Transport Department is a Godsend. The drivers are volunteers and are very kind and pleasant. I like these people very much. Today Jack picked me up and he was extremely kind. 

Joy (I think her name is), who organises the transport is wonderful. I only have praise for this service and these people.

Firstly I am sorry to hear of your health concerns and sincerely hope you are on the road to recovery. Thank you for taking the time to share your story on Patient Opinion, your kind words about the Transport Department are much appreciated. We are very fortunate to have such a dedicated team of volunteers at Fiona Stanley Hospital. To hear of the difference the Transport Department including our volunteers has made to you and your husband during a difficult time in your life makes me really happy.
