"Emergency care"

About: Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My husband recently presented to ED with chest pain. He was promptly attended to by an efficient ED triage nurse. The nursing (Danielle), medical (Dr Lowri and Dr Peter), and patient support services (Sunshine) provided during our stay was exemplary. As a family member, I was kept informed throughout.

Many thanks to all staff who provided my husband's care both in ED and Obs ward.

Dear With thanks,

Many thanks for taking the time to share your recent experience of the Emergency Department at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. Visiting the ED can be a daunting event and I was very pleased to read that our staff attended to your husband promptly and kept you well informed during your stay with us.

I will ensure your message of thanks is passed onto the staff in the ED.

Thank you again for your feedback and I do hope that your husband has recovered well.

Kind regards

Tony Dolan
