(as the patient),

I attended the Respiratory Clinic recently and had my weight and blood pressure recorded as usual. The dark-haired nurse who attended me was very helpful and even directed to me to the tea ladies in the foyer for a cuppa. I wanted to express my appreciation to her for her lovely manner.
