(as a carer),

My mother-in-law and I spend Mother's Day in the ED and we would like to say thanks to all the staff for their kindness and care. We felt that the treatment was thorough, all tests were performed, good communication and an extensive plan was explained to us before we left. Great job and thank you.

Goodness - I can't think of a worse place to spend Mother's Day than in an Emergency Department - how terrible for both of you - I hope your mother-in-law is now doing okay and I am sure she very much appreciated you being there with her. I am pleased that the communication and care were positive and I am very grateful that you have taken the time to tell us your experience. The staff will be very chuffed by your feedback.
