"Emergency Department"

About: Royal Perth Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a friend),

I took my partner to the Emergency Department recently as he was shaking and lost control of the movement of his eyes, his neck, and started to seize up and shake while we were waiting - they took us through immediately. It turned out he was having an adverse reaction to some medication he was given. We had a doctor called Nathan assisting him and I have to say he and every one of the dozen people he and I came across that night working there were so polite, pleasant and caring. It was very surprising considering it was late at night and some were at the end of their shifts! And although I was not the one being admitted I didn’t feel like I was in the way or a bother to anyone. We were both very impressed with how pleasant everyone was and just wanted to thank them all.
