As being diagnosed with gallstones, I landed myself in Sydney Hospital's Emergency Department recently.
The triage nurse was very thorough, compassionate and friendly, along with the administration staff who checked me in. Absolutely fabulous and efficient! Within 10 minutes, the nursing staff in ED make me feel as comfortable and warm as possible. They checked my vitals, rechecked.
I was seen by a lady doctor (I believe the hospital's resident) within 20 minutes. The doctor and nurses made sure I was feeling better before discharging me.
My gratitude and a big thank you (admin/RNs and the resident) for all your care and support you gave me that evening in your emergency room. Of what I saw, the Emergency Department was also very clean and neat.
