"I thought nurses should be compassionate and nice..."

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as a relative),

To make it short. I observed this nurse - in my opinion I would not even want to call her a nurse. She was nursing my father and I thought how rushed she was, how rude and impatient. I felt she was not only rude to patients, but to staff. Heard conversation between her and the other nurse. I thought she was so impatient and rude! Constant rushing and I felt ignorant to patients. My dad is not the only one who made those comments, the other patients in the room seemed to not be happy with her.

I don't even understand why a nurse like that works in your hospital. In my opinion she shouldn't even be a nurse.

Please let me know how can I take this further.
