(as the patient),

I was a day patient at Peel Hospital Endoscopy Department recently. I received excellent care both before and after my minor procedure. It could have been major surgery, the care was the same, absolutely first class. A big thank you to Dr Chandra, Dr Cliff, nurses and staff. I have nothing but praise for the entire organization. Thank you sincerely.

Thank you for taking the time to post your lovely compliment about your recent endoscopy procedure at Peel Health Campus on the Patient Opinion website.

I am very glad to hear that you felt so well cared for by all of the staff during and after your procedure. Although you have said that it was a "minor" procedure, I can readily imagine that at the time you would have been pretty anxious about it. So it is fabulous to hear about your first class experience. Thank you again for letting us know - it is a great morale booster for our staff.
