"Kemh/midwife led group"

About: King Edward Memorial Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

Excellent service. When I hadn't felt my baby move for a few hours they met me straight away at King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH) and assessed me.   They explained well how I needed an emergency Caesarean and I had my baby within the hour.  I felt so well supported by the midwife led group and all the staff at KEMH in what was a very scary time for my husband and I. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend the midwife led group to others.

Dear skynp55,

Thank you for your feedback on our midwifery led model of care. I am pleased to hear that you felt well supported and informed about your care, particularly during such a scary time for you and your husband.

I hope that you and your baby are recovering well and wish you all the best for the future.

Once again, thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback to us.

Yours sincerely,

Graeme Boardley
