I just wanted to make a comment and say thank you for the wonderful care I received at Kununurra Hospital recently.  I broke my arm and spent 2 nights at Kununurra before being flown to a hospital in Perth for surgery. The care I received from all I saw at Kununurra was brilliant, from the Emergency Department, right through to the Ward care. 

2 nurses in particular - Bren and Susan - went above and beyond their daily duties to look after me and make sure I was comfortable, clean, fed and as pain-free as possible. 

I have never experienced this sort of exceptional and personal care in a hospital before and I really appreciated it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Kununurra Hospital. It is a great pleasure to read about patient experiences, particularly positive ones. I hope that you are now on the road to recovery although I suspect it may take some time.

I agree, the clinical team employed in Kununurra Hospital provide care with great skill and professionalism. The local community are the beneficiaries of this great care and it is a pleasure to work as part of a caring and committed team. I will make sure your story is provided to our clinical team, particularly Bren and Susan.
