Mel came to my home and went though everything I needed to ensure that mum got the best care. She came over on a Sunday afternoon and ensured that care started the next day. She has visited mum when I could not go to hospital with her and the care team are amazing. I started with private care, but Mel supported me through getting Mum an ACAT (Aged Care Assessment Team) and now we also have a level 2 package from the government.
