"Bad treatment"

To whom it may concern,

My parent had a double knee replacement. That evening we arrived at the hospital and was very alarmed with the attitude of a particular nurse. In my opinion, she was unbelievably rude, unhelpful and wouldn't help when my parent repeatedly asked for assistant with pain in their ankle. The nurse wouldn't check it until I asked her to have a look with a stern tone and she then went to look at my parent's knee 3 times and I had to let her know where my parent's ankle was? I felt her attitude was disrespectful and very concerning. She was the head night shift nurse or so she said? I would like to make a comment that the nurse working alongside her was the complete opposite. Very polite and helpful. I didn't catch her name though. Please could you provide some feedback at your earliest convenience.
