"We are very pleased with this aged care facility."

Dad became a resident of this amazing facility recently. I am an aged care nurse, so of course, I was super aware of the problems that might occur. I was pleasantly surprised to find Dad's room is beautiful, with a large sunny window and lavender plant outside which provides a great fragrance. The nursing and care staff have demonstrated their ability to spot issues that need attention and attend to Dad's care needs promptly. We had a special request for extra service for Dad, and Anthony (Director of Nursing) fixed this for us. Dad is expounding the virtues of Tai Chi, sit-dancing and the huge library. He even has his own postal box. Although it is a large facility, it has a homely atmosphere and even a cafe so when I travel the long distance to see him I can eat a meal in a cafe with Dad. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs their loved one to be cared for.
