"PATS Kununurra"

(as a parent/guardian),

I would like to thank the Kununurra PATS staff for the excellent response time and friendly service.   I had to take my child to Perth and unexpectedly had to stay longer.   This time was stressful for us, but we did not have to worry about changing our flights back to Kununurra as the PATS staff were very helpful and understanding.   It was one less thing to worry about and we were assured a flight back as soon as my child's treatment was complete.

Thank you for taking the time to post. Whilst feedback often provides us opportunity for improvement, it also is a great way of gauging how well things are working and identifying what NOT to change.
