"Women’s outpatient clinic"

They made an appointment for me at a certain time, and let me wait for 3 hours?! What the!? 

I asked several times if I was missed out because it appeared that all the waiting patients were being called, and the receptionist made alibis and excuses that patients took longer queries or concerns and all that stuff. I told them that I also have a job to attend, and that’s why this was an appointment, and not just a queue - I would totally understand if this is just a queue. In my opinion, totally dishonest and unprofessional.
