Thanks to nurse Rebecca at ED. I had a very bad burn on my left hand, Bec has looking after me extremely well, very careful and very nice. Bec was very polite and happy to answered all my concerns. A huge thanks and hug to nurse Bec.

Dear TSAC

Thank you so very much for takingthe time to share your experience when attending the Box Hill Hospital Emergency Department with the bad burn to your left hand.

It is very clear that Bec demonstrated the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindess, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility when providing care for you.

I trust your hand is healing well and you are able to do things for yourself (hand injuries can make life quite difficult and inconvenient!). It will give me great pleasure to share your feedback both with Bec and her manager within the Box Hill Hospital Emergency Department!
