This was a little difficult as I needed to make a few calls before managing to book in.

Re: the Program

Having not experienced a program like this, I didn't know what to expect.

The team were extremely helpful in guiding me and others through the process and were available to listen to my rantings and those of other participants. I would imagine they hear the same stories over and over but were patient and extremely supportive.

As an employee of Eastern Health, participation in this program was very enlightening as to the quality of our clinical services.

On the last night exiting participants make a brief speech. These speeches were resoundingly positive with an overwhelming element being the building of confidence after a cardiac event. The provision of an after-hours service was extremely user-friendly.
