(as a parent/guardian),

Recently my teenager was taken to the emergency department after an accident in PE at school. The staff were incredibly efficient and friendly. My child was very distressed and in a lot of pain, but was in very good hands. Both the nurses and doctors all made sure my child was well looked after.
