I just wanted to share how terrific the service is at Busselton Health Campus. I have needed to attend their service a number of times over the last year for various tests and treatment for my back. From the moment you arrive, the staff rush up to you and look after you. They are all so kind and helpful. I have attended a number of their other clinics, including the dental clinic, as well as having a video appointment with a doctor from Perth (this is fantastic, I wish I had known about it years ago). At the end of the day, I give them 10/10 - they couldn't be more terrific. I just wanted to offer my thanks - they deserve it.

We really appreciate the time you have taken to post this response on Patient Opinion. We aim to provide great service every time at Busselton Hospital but I really enjoy being able to give feedback like this to our team. I’m glad you have had the chance to access TeleHealth at the hospital. The ability to see a specialist based in Perth over video conference is something we are using more and more often now and provides a fantastic opportunity to give our patients the care and expertise they need closer to home.
