About: Beechworth Health Service Acute Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter hurt her leg on the trampoline and I took her to BHS urgent care. We saw a nurse straight away and a local GP was called in. My daughter was transferred out in an ambulance to Northeast Health Wangaratta for an X-ray. I was impressed with the short waiting time.

Hi Annqh68,

While we empathise with you and your daughter's injury, at BHS we are pleased that we were able to deal with your issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your story is a great example of why we are here and what we exist for, to deal with health problems that arise in peoples lives everyday, and to link people to the care they need.

Here's hoping your daughter's healthcare experience continued to be a positive one, and she has now 'bounced' back to full health.
