Thank you for taking the time to share your story on Patient Opinion, I am so very pleased to hear that your stay at Protea Lodge was a good one. Protea Lodge opened in May 2018 and provides accommodation for eligible cancer patients across the Midwest region. The lodge is conveniently located on the Geraldton Health Campus, next door to the Midwest Cancer Centre allowing patients access to specialist cancer services without the added stress of having to travel for treatment. Since opening, Protea Lodge has been accessed by patients and their carers or loved ones, from 10 different communities across the Midwest region.

I'm sorry to hear that you has an issue with the automatic door locking system.
