(as a parent/guardian),

My husband is a permanent in the Sirius Cottage in Miranda. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and always try to to solve the problems, my thank you specially to Kelly, Carly and Mat and the others in the morning shift. But because they are always very busy the cleaning of the private rooms are not as it should be with lots of stains and because of that smelling bad. In the laundry the dryer is all rusty inside which I believe can lead to bacteria and eventually cause lots of infections on residents. I feel the cleaning should be done by a proper cleaning team like is done to the gardens always looking perfect. Another problem is the missing of clothes and personal items which I think is definitely not acceptable. I hope you take this as a constructive note not a complaint, as I'm very happy my husband is treated with dignity and kindness.
