"Wonderful staff in the Children's Ward"

About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus

(as a parent/guardian),

My baby was admitted into the kid's ward with suspected whooping cough.

We had a few scary nights where he would choke and cough, scaring me near to death.

But all the staff were wonderful in not only taking care of him but me too.

They also made my partner feel welcome when we did a night swap over.

They were just amazing!

Dear very thankful mother,

Firstly let me say that whooping cough can be a very scary illness for parents and your fears would be shared by many.

I am so glad that you came into hospital and especially glad to hear that the care you, your partner and baby received from our Children’s Ward staff was so good.

I will pass on your feedback and the staff will be very pleased to hear it.

Once again, thank you for your kind words and I hope all goes well for your son.

Kind regards

Geraldine M Ennis PSM
