"Broome Hospital."

Recently, whilst on holiday in Broome, I had to attend the A & E Department of Broome Hospital late at night as I was in severe pain. We had to travel to the hospital by taxi as we didn't have a personal vehicle. I was attended to straight away and the doctor in attendance and also the nursing staff were very diligent. After some initial tests, it was necessary for me to be admitted overnight and by this stage it was 3.00am. I was taken to the High Intensive Unit, but my wife was not allowed in this section. It was not a good option for  her to return to our accommodation by taxi at that time of the morning, so the nursing staff arranged for her to stay in the Transit Lounge. Throughout the night and the next morning further tests were undertaken, medication was provided, and a course of action suggested for my return to Perth. The attending doctors (Dr. David and Dr. Dave) and nursing staff (Amanda, Emma, Mardie, Cass,) were all very caring and professional and we thank them very much.
