(as a relative),

On behalf of my elderly parents and myself, I'd like to affirm the excellent service we received at an ACAT (Aged Care Assessment Team) assessment meeting recently. The ACAT team member, Suzanne, who dealt with us on the day was the very soul of kindness, consideration and professionalism. We are all very grateful.

Our ACAT Team strive to provide a high quality service and positive experience to all clients and their families that access the service.

I will take pride in passing on your kind words to Suzanne and her manager. Kindness, compassion and professionalism really do go a long way when assisting our clients and we are lucky to have staff that show such qualities.
