(as a parent/guardian),

I was lucky enough to be invited to share the delivery of my grandson recently. The midwives and doctors we saw at Rockingham General Hospital are amazing! Thank you for your care, support, patience and expertise. They were awesome. Words cannot express how grateful we are to you all.

Dear Nanna,

Firstly I would like to say a heartfelt congratulations on the arrival of your grandson. I personally know the joy that grandchildren bring to a family and it must have been such a joy to be part of your grandson's delivery.

Additionally I thank you for taking the time to send through your lovely comments on the overall care and support that was provided to you by our staff during this time. Our staff continually strive to provide the highest standard of care to all patients, including support to family members, and it is always comforting to receive confirmation from patients and family, such as yourself. I have ensured that your kind words have been shared with all staff involved.

I wish you all the very best in getting to know your new grandson
