"Accident, ED, stitches, overall friendly staff"

About: Esperance Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I recently had an accident. Went in to Esperance Hospital ED. Triage Nurse was friendly. ED was fairly empty. The nurse, Rose, was kind and listened to my rambling. Thank you Rose, sorry if I chewed your ear off, I get chatty when I’m in shock. The doctor was professional, answered my curious questions and did a good job stitching me up. Thank you Doc.

Only other thing is the doctor wasn’t overly cheerful. Although I also understand it would have been close to the end of the work day, and hospitals aren’t exactly the happiest of places. But a smile could change that...

Many thanks to the Esperance Hospital ED staff,  very grateful for your awesomeness.

Dear Whole Flood

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us Feedback. I will pass this onto Rose and the ED Doctors that you were happy with the medical care provided and yes we agree that a smile can go a long way.

I hope you are recovering well.

Kind Regards
