Last week I took my adult child for a self referral to the Bunbury M.H. Clinic.

I was so impressed with the very quick service, Ann-Maree and Dr Ihab were so helpful and very understanding to the situation. I had a previous experience with the clinic going back some 5 years ago with another family member and the experience was so different, to be honest in my opinion it was an absolute nightmare.

The communication was definitely more professional and productive from my previous experience, even having another team member come out to check on me whilst I had a few moments alone out in the waiting room. (Great support for the carer).

I was warmly welcomed has a part of the discussion, which my daughter stated afterwards she didn't feel so alone with me being in there.

Congratulations on the turn around in the level of service and support provided, mental health is a little different and certainly carries some unique challenges as compared to other health services. A BIG THANK-YOU to all concerned.

Thank you for taking the time to recognise the quality service provided, particularly given the difficult time your family has been experiencing.

Everyone involved in the clinic has made a concentrated effort and has worked hard to change the way we deliver services to our community over recent years.

Feedback like this shows us that the ongoing effort we make is noticed and makes a very positive impact on the people we serve.

It is a great feeling to be proud of the service we work for and represent.

Both the Dr and nurse involved greatly appreciate the feedback.
