"Permanent Care Beverley Hospital"

About: Beverley Health Service

(as a relative),

My mother-in-law was admitted to Beverley Hospital as she was in chronic pain some 12 months ago. She became a Permanent Resident at the Hospital and it has now become her home.   The staff are very caring of her needs as she now is unable to walk and relies on staff for everything.   Nothing seems too much trouble for them to do for her, be it making a warm drink at most unusual hours, giving pain relief or just spending a few minutes chatting to her.  We are fortunate to have such a caring group of people at our hospital.

Dear Duck

It is a pleasure to read your kind words about your mother-in-law’s residency.

I will be very proud to pass on your compliments to Michelle Bauer and her team at the Beverley Health Service. The staff enjoy making our residents stay pleasant with that at home feeling, ensuring their needs are meet with the caring attitude they are known for as you have mentioned.

Stories like yours remind us that healthcare is not just for the acutely ill, but also for providing respectful, compassionate care and support for our residents and their loved ones.

Thank you again for sharing your experience with us and hope your mother-in-law continues to enjoy the care and service provided by the wonderful team at the Beverley Health Service.

Kind regards

Sean
