My mother has been at Gordon Lodge 3+ years now and we have had various issues over that time, but have always found the staff ready to listen and make the necessary changes to improve her care and surrounds. Recently Gordon Lodge was accredited and passed accreditation 100% over all areas. The present manager is amazing, she shows a real interest in all the residents, ensures staff have regular education sessions and holds regular meetings for the staff, residents and family meetings to keep everyone informed of any new business or changes. She is always available to discuss any concerns and is very quick to initiate appropriate action.
