"Knee Injury"

Just a note to City cousins:

Tripped over jumping small fence between cabins, cleaning, etc. (Sister said you have had a fall). I am not old enough to have a fall. I dance and I trip!

Short of it is - I rang (8.45am) doctor's surgery - Sure, you can see Dr. Such and Such 10.30am. Nope I want to see my doctor.

OK 11.30am  - No waiting - On time. Need x-ray on the knee - hmm OK. Take this to reception. X-ray at 1.30 pm - Done. Results next day 1.30PM. Thank you.

New 20 Million Hospital. They are the best! Unbelievable.

Next day:

Ok - Update. Rang 3.30pm for x- ray results - Yes, doctor would like to discuss.

4.10pm ok with you - Sure.

Doctor and I discussed - 4mm fracture of patella (knee cap) - Small.

Will need a brace. No need for plaster.

Second x ray booked for a couple of weeks.

Total cost including visits and all x-rays $27.40 👀😮
