(as the patient),

I blacked out, fell and hit my head and elbow on the ground. I found the staff at Kunno and the doctor to be excellent. 

Each of the following criteria provided by the service were also excellent:

* Access / getting into the hospital;

* Time and attention paid to patient care;

* Information and communication;

* Meeting personal needs;

* Continuity of care;

* Involvement in decision about your care and treatment;

* Food and hospital amenities.

I had a life changing experience at Kununoppin Hospital 8 years ago and I quit smokes. I'm now going to quit alcohol to give myself a better outcome in the future.
