(as the patient),

I was very ill & went to ED at the Gippsland Base Hospital. The doctors and staff treated me well, even though I was confused and couldn’t answer their questions properly. Once it was established that I had pneumonia, I was treated with medication and sent to the Medical Ward. I stayed for 4 days in hospital & have no complaints. The staff & medical team treated me with respect, listened to my concerns & explained everything that was being done. Thank you all for your care.
