"Commend a Staff!"

About: Armadale Hospital / Physiotherapy Outpatients

(as a carer),

Subject: Physiotherapy Student @ Allied Health & Rehabilitation Services.

On the above subject here's to bring to your attention my mother has been to two appointments for physiotherapy at your facility. On both occasions Sarah was responsible for her physiotherapy care. It's extremely important to observe how Sarah conducted herself. Being a student she could have put herself in a vulnerable position of not being confident of her actions. Instead she wasn't afraid to displayed a sense of learning & a grasp of knowledge she's determined to perfect. What gave my 80+ old mother the trust & ease of mind was the fact Sarah has what no school can teach or embed; CARE! This resulted in her being all ears, respectful & being patient with a keen eye of knowledge (without any hesitations of sharing it).

On behalf of our mother & our family we wish the best for Sarah. Given the support, we all would see her blossom into not only an optimistic/positive citizen, but her 'goodness' will have the correct influence our community rightfully deserves.

"Conquer by Continuing, Sarah!"

Dear perseussd96

Thank you for sharing this heart-warming story on behalf of your mother.

The words you use to describe Sarah’s conduct, specifically care, makes me proud beyond words. Our students are the future of our organisation and I couldn’t be happier that Sarah has made such a positive influence on your mother’s therapy.

I will take great pride in sharing your lovely words on behalf of your mother and her family to Sarah.

Thank you again and I wish your mother all the best with her ongoing therapy.
