My sister and I would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the team at Kerala Manor.
Our father has just recently needed to go into care and with so many negative reviews about care establishments we were very nervous and cautious.
The staff have been warm, welcoming, kind and compassionate.
He is so much happier since being at Kerala Manor. The chef provides fantastic fresh food and Sylvia (the lifestyle coordinator) has ensured dad is involved, kept active and involved in their community.
The nurses and care staff always have a smile and provide great care.
Overall we are so happy and relieved that we chose Kerala Manor.
