"Unhappy with Podiatrist service"

I have been a resident of Leonora for many years.

My complaint is in regards to the podiatrists that come to visit Leonora serviced through 360 Health.

Myself and my son used this service three time and with that on each occasion we saw a different podiatrist.

My son went with an ingrown toenail and it was treated well - that was we thought it was. The next visit he had some not all the toenail pulled and cut out.

He was still having troubles and went to see the podiatrist in Esperance where he resides and then they tried to fix it and was unable to do that.

He then saw another podiatrist in Perth, who then had to pull the toenail out that was left behind from the second visit from the ones that come here - without any pain medication as the nail was still in bedded in his toe.

So, I’m not too happy with service we have had.

I myself then went to them on their last visit and was not happy with the service I got as I then had to make a trip to Perth to my own podiatrist to find that I have a bleed in my toe.

I totally understand that we need the service out here,  but it would be nice to have our old podiatrist that used to service the community as I believe he knew what each patient required and was able to service them.
