(as the patient),

I can not say enough positive comments about the staff of the Collie Hospital ED.

I have, over the last 5-6 weeks, been going to the ED on a daily basis to have antibiotics administered via a PICC line which I have to treat an infection I had.

The staff performed their duties with the highest degree of professionalism and confidence you could ask for.

There was always a positive attitude towards patient even when their day had turned pear shape for any reason. I looked forward to going there on a daily basis as I new I was going to receive the best of treatment - Keep up the good work guys - Thank you

The Collie Hospital staff have great pride in providing care for the community and positive feedback such as yours is greatly appreciated.

As you can appreciate working in an ED can have its challenges and it is really heartening for me to hear that staff deliver care in a positive and professional manner. I will make sure that the staff are aware of your story on Patient Opinion.
