"The lack of attention for a disabled patient with epilepsy"

My child was brought into the ED last via ambulance, having suffered a prolonged seizure at home. 

We have now been here 9 hours and my child hasn’t been reviewed by a doctor.

While the nursing staff have performed their duties adequately there hasn’t been any neurological observations or efforts to determine the nature of the cause of the seizure.

This happens every time my child is brought here. My child’s always sick enough to come to ED rather than GP or Home Doctor, but never sick enough to have a proper and timely review.
