"Home care packages"

In my opinion the cleaners they send me aren't very good! I've had 1 good lady in months.

The government seeking out your yearly allowance a bit at a time I believe is crazy! I need a $9,000 special bed and it will take 20 weeks before I will have enough money in my account to buy it. I should be able to buy it from my allowance immediately instead of my having to sleep in a chair for another 5 months.

The disability products supplied to the OT's I believe are sinfully overpriced. I don't know what their mark up is, but as far as I'm concerned it shouldn't be allowed.

My OT is quite lovely and good.

My case manager is also lovely and good at her job.

I think the Aged Care Services need a good overhaul with more feedback from the users.
