I had a colonoscopy recently and my reason for coming here is simply that the information sheet sent with the appointment letter had a request for feedback on the document.

My answer is that I've had quite a few colonoscopies and this was better info than I've received previously, and the same goes for the info received after the procedure - a copy of a short report and information sheets on polyps and on diverticulosis.

Although it's not what I'm here for, I'll also mention that I was treated very well by everyone at Armadale.

Thanks Di,

I had no idea previously about this system, and I'm really impressed. I can see that if I had reported a problem a lot of people would know about it and be working at fixing it.
