I think that The Willows was a little unfair. Mum did have a bad time last year with a bowel infection, then a bad reaction to the drugs she was given to treat that. She is very elderly and in reasonable health, but 3 months in hospital messed with her memory and confusion of where she was. Unfortunately I feel that with a bit more time she could have coped with self care, but anyhow she is well looked after at SummitCare
