I have viewed the food that is given to the residence for over 12 months and I will say that I believe it is inferior and should not be called a meal. Some residence receive their food cold. I am not sure how they think this is nutritional and of value to the residence. In my opinion, with the amount of profit made by these companies I feel it is disgusting. I also note that the rooms do not get cleaned on a regular basis and the floors are left covered with food and dirt for weeks. The bathroom sinks are left in the same condition. I noticed that they seem to be extra careful this week as they are keeping things cleaner.

We serve all hot food in Bain Maries at Reynella Lodge, to give people choice in what they eat, but also to ensure that food is always hot.
