"Big thank you to the staff at Northampton Hospital"

We would like to say a big thank you to all of the staff at Northampton Hospital for the high standard of care and attention that my father has received over the past six-plus months. 

You have all been fantastic! And are providing a very important service for regional Australia.

The thing that has impressed me the most is the compassion and 'human' element that is on top of the care and support provided. It is not something that can be measured. It is only going through what we have gone through, that I can really see how the hospital is a pivotal point in bringing the community together, and this cannot be underestimated.

I can't thank you enough.

I was so pleased to read that the care your father received was of a high calibre and it is through stories like yours, we certainly get a sense of the great care being provided.

Stories like yours remind us that providing healthcare is so much more than treating the ill, it’s about providing compassion, empathy and supportive care to both the patient and their loved ones.

The team at the Northampton Hospital staff strive to provide high quality, compassionate, professional health care and your positive experience is a great example of the work our team do every day and I will take great pride and delight in passing on your thanks and acknowledgement to our very committed front line staff and their managers.

Patient Opinion strengthens the partnership we have with our service users by allowing patients, families and carers the opportunity to share their personal stories and it really does keep myself and our organisation closely connected with what matters most to our health service users.
